Elaborado a partir de melaza de caña. Con dos tipos de fermentación, este aguardiente destaca por su perfil robusto y complejo, con notas intensas de caña y un final largo y cálido, ideal para coctelería o disfrutarse solo.

Aroma: intenso, con notas fermentadas, tabaco, azafrán, caña

Fermentación: corta 3 días y larga 15 días. En tanque de acero inoxidable
Destilación: tipo Inglés en alambique mixto - olla y columna de acero inoxidable con reflujo e inserto de cobre
